Roles & Responsibilities
Position Overview
The Safety Officer Emirates Logistics Dubai will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all health and safety activities across company facilities. The role ensures compliance with safety standards, proper use of PPE, risk identification, and incident reporting, while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Core Duties
* Supervise daily health and safety operations in warehouses and facilities
* Prepare and maintain HSE checklists and ensure timely inspections
* Ensure all workers wear appropriate PPE and follow safety protocols
* Conduct daily safety rounds to identify hazards and coordinate corrective actions
* Monitor discipline, harmony, and workplace behavior, reporting issues to management
* Assist in organizing periodic safety training and induction sessions for all staff
* Record and maintain incident and accident reports accurately
* Inspect and maintain safety equipment, arrange for periodic testing and repairs
* Manage first aid kits, ensure stock replenishment, and provide first aid when required
* Lead emergency evacuation drills and coordinate with designated evacuation teams
* Monitor high-risk activities and enforce safe practices in all areas
* Support implementation of waste management and workplace housekeeping systems
* Assist with preparing safety-related reports and ensure compliance with ADNOC and UAE regulations
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor s degree in a relevant field
* NEBOSH or IOSH certification required
* Minimum 3 5 years of experience in safety roles, preferably in logistics or warehousing
* Strong knowledge of HSE standards, incident reporting, and risk analysis
* Energetic, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong team collaboration skills
* Excellent people management, discipline handling, and communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation
* Ability to conduct training, safety briefings, and emergency drills effectively
