Roles & Responsibilities


  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures tailored to specific industry requirements and organizational goals.
  • Lead safety training programs for employees, focusing on practical applications and real-world scenarios to enhance understanding.
  • Analyze incident reports and near-miss occurrences to identify root causes and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design ergonomic workspaces that minimize injury risks and promote employee wellness.
  • Perform regular safety audits and inspections, documenting findings and ensuring timely corrective actions are taken.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in safety engineering .
  • NEBOSH Certified
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing safety programs that resulted in measurable reductions in incidents.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks before they escalate.
