Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Our multinational company is recruiting customer service representatives for customer service.
Within a young and dynamic team, your mission will be to:
- Advise and recommend to clients the packages and plans that best suit their interests;
- Answer questions and requests from clients regarding services and products as well as the functionalities of the latter; Manage billing
- Process customer requests, manage disputes and invoice adjustments;
- Manage customer accounts;
- Provide basic technical assistance.
Following an initial paid training of several weeks, you will benefit from a cycle of continuous training aimed at promoting your career within a multinational company that gives you the opportunities and the means to evolve.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Very good time flexibility to work 44 hours per week on rotation;
- An excellent oral and written level of French;
- A 1st experience REQUIRED as a technical advisor;
- Technical training (IT, Networks,);
- Ability to work independently as well as in a group;
- Availability 5 days/7;
- A good sense of detail;
- Good communication and a good sales acumen;
- Very good speaking;
- Technical skills
