Our multinational company is recruiting customer service representatives for customer service.

Within a young and dynamic team, your mission will be to:

• Advise and recommend to clients the packages and plans that best suit their interests;
• Answer questions and requests from clients regarding services and products as well as the functionalities of the latter; Manage billing
• Process customer requests, manage disputes and invoice adjustments;
• Manage customer accounts;
• Provide basic technical assistance.

Following an initial paid training of several weeks, you will benefit from a cycle of continuous training aimed at promoting your career within a multinational company that gives you the opportunities and the means to evolve.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical assistance.

Skills

• Very good time flexibility to work 44 hours per week on rotation;
• An excellent oral and written level of French;
• A 1st experience REQUIRED as a technical advisor;
• Technical training (IT, Networks,);
• Ability to work independently as well as in a group;
• Availability 5 days/7;
• A good sense of detail;
• Good communication and a good sales acumen;
• Very good speaking;
