Job Title
Room Attendant Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel Dubai Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Replenish amenities, linens, and guest supplies
- Maintain cleanliness in corridors, elevators, and public areas
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
- Handle carts, cleaning tools, and housekeeping equipment
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor
- Ensure safety practices, hygiene standards, and proper use of cleaning chemicals
- Organize workstations and maintain housekeeping storage areas
- Move, lift, and carry items up to 22 kg
- Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors
