Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

 Key Responsibilities:  
Implement and maintain ERM policies, procedures and controls.
Identify, assess and report investment, portfolio and enterprise risks.
Advise Board, Audit and Investment Committees and executive management on risk and M&A.
Ensure M&A and portfolio exposures remain within agreed risk tolerances.
Build centralized risk management shared services and deploy GRC tools.
Recruit, develop and manage the risk team; deliver training and address performance.
Produce concise risk reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders. 
 
Requirements: 
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
5+ years in risk management; strong exposure to investments/M&A and holding-company models.
ERM framework expertise (COSO, ISO 31000).
Certifications (CFA, FRM, PMI‑RMP, IRM) advantageous.
Advanced GRC, risk modelling and data analytics skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
