Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate risks affecting the company’s operations, assets, and reputation.
- Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and controls in alignment with UAE insurance regulations.
- Monitor and report on risk exposures, providing recommendations for mitigation and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective risk awareness and training.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
- Stay updated on changes in UAE insurance laws, regulations, and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have a bachelor degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance company across UAE.
- Having an accredited qualification certificate from UAE is a must
- Strong knowledge of UAE insurance regulations and risk management frameworks
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and provide strategic recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven track record of identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
