Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse processes and identify operational, financial, legal and strategic risks.
  • Maintain an up-to-date risk map.
  • Develop risk mitigation plans and coordinate their implementation.
  • Monitor periodic updates related to risk management and produce reports for management.
  • Organise awareness sessions on risk management practices.
  • Participate in internal audits and follow up on recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of business continuity plans (BCP).
  • Integrate regulatory and normative requirements (ISO 28000, ISO 9001, ISO 37000, etc.).

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Profile:

  • Bac +5 in management, finance, audit or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years experience in a similar position (risk management, internal audit, compliance, etc.).
  • Knowledge of risk management methodologies (ISO 31000, AMDEC, SWOT, etc.).
  • Good understanding of local and international regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills.
  • Fluent in French and good level of English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with several departments.
