Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Analyse processes and identify operational, financial, legal and strategic risks.
- Maintain an up-to-date risk map.
- Develop risk mitigation plans and coordinate their implementation.
- Monitor periodic updates related to risk management and produce reports for management.
- Organise awareness sessions on risk management practices.
- Participate in internal audits and follow up on recommendations.
- Contribute to the development and updating of business continuity plans (BCP).
- Integrate regulatory and normative requirements (ISO 28000, ISO 9001, ISO 37000, etc.).
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile:
- Bac +5 in management, finance, audit or related field.
- 3 - 5 years experience in a similar position (risk management, internal audit, compliance, etc.).
- Knowledge of risk management methodologies (ISO 31000, AMDEC, SWOT, etc.).
- Good understanding of local and international regulations.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills.
- Fluent in French and good level of English.
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with several departments.
