Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a 24x7 alert monitoring team
- Create and maintain operating procedures and service level agreements
- Ensure all alerts are reviewed and actioned accurately within required timelines
- Oversee daily monitoring activities across business and support units
- Prepare periodic performance dashboards and monitoring reports
- Identify new patterns, behavioural trends, and activity indicators
- Work closely with oversight, control, and operational teams to strengthen detection measures
- Contribute to reducing exposure and enhancing recovery efforts
- Provide guidance, coaching, and development support to team members
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and governance standards
- Support escalation reviews, event analysis, and corrective action planning
- Recommend improvements through automation and analytical enhancements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for effective response and resolution
- Maintain consistent quality across all monitoring functions
