At Eni, we are looking for a Rigless Supervisor within the Zubair Field Operating Division in Basra, Iraq. You will be responsible for supervising rigless activities, ensuring that operations conform to plans and are carried out safely, efficiently and economically. This role involves managing manpower, equipment, material supplies and stocks, as well as resolving difficulties that could otherwise delay operations.

Your employment contract will be managed by Eni International Resources Ltd (EIRL).

Main responsibilities:

• Supervises rigless operations carried out by the company s and contractor s personnel at the well site.
• Coordinates rigless operations in accordance with the program, company procedures and best practices.
• Reports to the rigless superintendent on a regular basis regarding the progress of operations and agrees on any corrective actions if necessary.
• Takes prompt action in case of an unplanned event at the well site.
• Ensures that rigless operations are carried out safely, with good oilfield practices, and in accordance with the program and company procedures.
• Ensures the safety of personnel and the well itself.
• Verifies daily reports and tickets for the activities followed.
• Supervises the issuing and follow-up of Permits to Work.
• Demonstrates personal engagement in the HSE domain, while respecting the policies and recommendations of Eni and ZFOD rules and standards.

Skills and experience required:

• High school diploma.
• Extensive experience in Oil & Gas rigless operations.
• Proficiency in Rigless Activities: Coiled Tubing, Electric Wireline, Slick Line, Well Testing, Pumping.
• Expertise in Well Intervention Pressure Control.
• Data management and computer literacy skills.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
• Effective decision-making abilities.
• Orientation towards excellence.
