Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Evaluate load requirements and select appropriate rigging equipment to ensure safety and efficiency during lifting operations.
  • Communicate effectively with crane operators and team members to coordinate complex rigging tasks and maintain workflow.
  • Inspect rigging equipment for wear and tear, documenting findings and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement rigging plans that adhere to industry standards and specific project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in rigging or a related field is preferred.
  • Certification in rigging from a recognized organization, demonstrating proficiency in rigging techniques and safety protocols.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in rigging within construction, maritime, or industrial environments.
  • Experience with heavy lifting equipment, such as cranes and hoists, is essential for operational effectiveness.
