Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze network KPIs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform drive tests and analyze logs to detect and resolve coverage or quality issues.
  • Optimize radio parameters (tilt, power, handovers, neighbor lists).
  • Support new site integration and post-launch optimization.
  • Identify and mitigate interference issues across the network.
  • Coordinate with planning, transmission, and field teams to address performance gaps.
  • Generate reports with optimization recommendations and KPI improvements.
  • Conduct benchmarking and competitor analysis for network quality comparison.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G radio access technologies.
  • Good knowledgein RF optimization tools (TEMS, NEMO, Actix, GENEX).
  • Good knowledge of OSS platforms (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia).
  • KPI analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Drive test planning and log analysis.
  • Parameter tuning and neighbor list optimization.
  • Interference detection and resolution.
  • Effective reporting and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team collaboration and communication skills.
