Key Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare and submit medical claims to insurance companies through e-claims and manual submissions.
Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and payer requirements in all documentation.
Monitor claim statuses and diligently follow up on pending, rejected, or denied claims.
Collaborate with billing, coding, and front-desk teams to ensure proper claim documentation.
Maintain detailed reports on claim submissions, rejections, and revenue cycle performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of RCM or medical billing experience in the UAE, preferably within a clinic or hospital setting.
Proficiency in insurance portals like DHA and eClaimLink.
Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and DRG coding practices.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in healthcare management software and MS Office tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
