About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive RCM Administrator Claims to support our Revenue Cycle Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely submission of insurance claims, minimizing denials, and supporting the financial health of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit insurance claims in compliance with payer requirements
• Monitor claim status and follow up on pending or denied claims
• Coordinate with clinical and billing teams to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure accurate documentation and coding to support claims
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and regulatory changes
• Generate reports on claim performance and trends

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical claims processing or RCM in a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of UAE insurance regulations and payer requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in healthcare billing systems and MS Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
