About The Role

The MWP & Retail Revenue Analyst supports the Revenue Management team by delivering data-driven insights to optimize pricing, forecasting, and commercial performance across admissions, experiences, and retail. The role is key to identifying revenue opportunities, improving processes, and enhancing strategic decision-making through accurate analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze the revenue performance for Marine, Waterpark, and Retail offerings to inform strategy.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of pricing models and promotional strategies to maximize yield and profitability.
  • Administer and maintain the ticketing and POS platforms that enable the processing of admissions and experiences bookings and retail checks.
  • Calculate the incentives payroll for the MWP and Retail teams across the resort.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for admissions, experiences, and retail revenue by segment and distribution channel.
  • Support the creation of annual budgets and long-range plans through robust data analysis and scenario modeling.
  • Track performance against KPIs and issue regular performance dashboards for leadership review.
  • Conduct post-campaign and promotion analysis to determine ROI and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure pricing and promotions are aligned with the pre-established strategy.
  • Evaluate product performance by outlet, including sales mix and margin analysis for retail SKUs and ticket types.
  • Monitor guest capture ratios and in-park spending patterns, identifying opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting tools and templates, ensuring consistent and standardized insights across departments.
  • Audit and ensure accuracy of data across core systems including Galaxy, Simphony, InTouch, and BI tools.
  • Assist in the development and rollout of revenue management best practices across Marine, Waterpark, and Retail teams.
  • Prepare the weekly commercial and strategy meetings.
  • Identify system enhancements and process improvements to increase operational efficiency and decision-making speed.
  • Provide training or guidance to team members on new tools, dashboards, or reporting standards when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all reporting and revenue-related tasks.
  • Contribute to ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested by senior leadership or cross-functional partners.

About You

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a revenue management, business analytics, or commercial strategy role within hospitality or theme parks.
  • Background in operations (attractions or retail) is a strong advantage.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with core operating systems such as Galaxy, Simphony is preferred.
  • Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, InTouch Data) is preferred.
