Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform personalized retention activities through phone calls or physical meetings with bancassurance customers, including both inbound and outbound calls, by engaging customers to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner, by analyzing the issues and providing suitable solutions, to improve customer retention and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers, by actively listening to customer needs and proposing relevant products or services, to increase sales and enhance customer value.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and branches to propose effective retention solutions, by sharing customer insights and feedback to support team-based retention efforts, to improve customer experience and reduce churn.
  • Ensure that clients complete all required documents and medical examinations and ensure proper submission to operations, by guiding customers through documentation and compliance processes, to ensure all requirements are met for uninterrupted service.
  • Follow up on processes with operations and concerned departments to ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled, by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely action, to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Present reports related to retention activities, customer engagement, and customer trends on time, by compiling data from various sources and generating actionable insights, to track performance and support decision-making.
  • Analyze customer feedback and trends and develop new techniques to enhance retention, by verifying customer responses and market dynamics, to improve retention strategies and optimize customer engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 3 years of experience in the sales field
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
