Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storing, and dispatching of inventory to meet store demands, including managing stock levels and implementing inventory control measures.
  • Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment to maximize productivity and minimize employee turnover.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols, including regular inspections, training, and adherence to OSHA regulations, to create a safe working environment and prevent accidents.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and the implementation of efficient inventory management systems to reduce discrepancies and minimize loss.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse management within a retail environment, showcasing a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, with experience in training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
