Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of Camelia’s retail and event floral services, ensuring outstanding customer experience, efficient stock management, and achievement of sales targets across B2C channels and third-party partnerships. Manage Camelia Corporates and Events floral set-ups, ensuring outstanding quality control, customer service, and efficient handling of stocks and execution. » Retail Sales Management - in-charge of monitoring and achieving the sales target for B2C (Showroom, Select Market, and third-party partners). » Collections planning: Analyze market trends (locally and internationally) related to flowers, products, packaging to plan with Management and Marketing the new collections in line with Company identity and vision and local market drivers. » Product Development: Coordinates with Florist Team and Marketing Team for Collections development, photo shooting and campaigns; Costing and Menu- prepares and provides the list of products with retail pricing. » Customer Service - Ensures that all customer inquiries are being attended timely to achieve higher sales conversion. Ensures orders are implemented and delivered as per high products and service quality standards. Monitor Customers Satisfactions Surveys » Stock Management - Monitoring inventory levels & replenishment of stocks (flowers, plants and accessories), and maintaining accurate records. » Branding and Promotion - coordinates with Purchasing Team and Marketing Team to launch items in promotional prices and to be posted in website and social media. » Quotations for B2C/Retail inquiries - prepares the quotation for retail clients and monitors the progress of the order (payment confirmation, purchasing of materials, order preparation, approval) until its pickup/delivery date. » Coordinate with third-party partners for product updates, order processing, inventory management, and monthly invoicing, ensure consumptions are within agreed budget. » Monitors and coordinate with Marketing Coordinator and Floral Designer the progress and Sales analysis, Satisfaction Surveys, benchmarking with competitors (pricing, customer service, product range, and promotions). Compile findings and provide actionable insights and recommendations to the General Manager to enhance customer experience and overall retail performance. » Staff Scheduling to ensure full time coverage of front desks for all B2C locations, assigning duties, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure targets are achieved. » Housekeeping & Safety - ensures that all flowers and other merchandise in display is up to standard quality with price tags. Showroom and remote kiosks are all time safe, secure, attractive, well-stocked, and visually appealing. » Ensuring compliance with the rules, regulations, and Operational Policies and Procedures of Camelia.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field • Proven experience in customer service or front-desk administration, ideally in retail or service environments. • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic across multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, in-person). • Ability to convert inquiries into sales and support order processing. • High level of organization and attention to detail in order entry, documentation, and payment processing • Competence in coordinating with multiple departments and ensuring product quality and accurate order fulfillment.
