Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum of three years experience in retail operations or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with a capability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and improve customer satisfaction levels.
