Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Optimize store layouts and visual merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and enhance the customer shopping experience, driving sales growth.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control, to minimize losses and ensure product availability.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to ensure consistency across all stores and maintain brand standards.
  • Manage and mentor store teams, providing training and coaching to improve performance and foster a positive work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred, providing a strong foundation in business principles.
  • Possession of relevant certifications in retail management or operations is advantageous, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, showcasing a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Experience within the fashion, luxury, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is preferred, aligning with the specific retail environment.
