Salary: AED 3,000 4,000
Experience: Minimum 2 years in the retail sector
Education: Bachelor s Degree required

Basket & Co is looking for a proactive and experienced Retail Manager to lead our team in Ras Al Khaimah. If you have a passion for retail, strong leadership skills, and a track record of boosting store performance, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
Train, supervise, and motivate staff
Manage inventory and visual merchandising
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
Prepare reports and coordinate with head office

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail managerial role
Bachelor s degree in business or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Leadership ability with a customer-first attitude
Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah
Male candidates only
