Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and manage product displays for optimal merchandising.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and purchasing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the store.
- Manage cash handling, banking procedures, and financial documentation accurately.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to strategic planning.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 year and maximum of 10 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in inventory management and merchandising.
- Familiarity with retail sales targets and performance metrics.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office applications.
- Commitment to upholding company values and delivering outstanding customer service.
