Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient task execution, from opening to closing procedures.

  • Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, accurate tracking, and loss prevention to minimize losses.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building lasting relationships to enhance customer loyalty.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods, while maintaining a balanced till.

  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment by implementing merchandising strategies, arranging displays, and ensuring cleanliness.

  • Train and mentor new team members, guiding sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies to foster a high-performing team.

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and achieve sales targets.

  • Manage online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment, accurate packaging, and coordination with shipping partners to ensure prompt delivery.

  • Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally, following company guidelines and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, demonstrating leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, including stock control, loss prevention, and inventory optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, e-commerce platforms, and other relevant software.
  • A demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
