Roles & Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE
The Retail Analyst is responsible for assisting Brand Managers and facilitating their buying, analysis, and daily workflow. She/he is also responsible for following up on stock movement, improving all reports related to brand analysis, and supporting the Premium Retail division when needed.
3.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Reporting:
- Create retail tools, including but not limited to stores toolboxes and product sheets.
- Deliver customer reports every month.
- Measure quantitative retail KPIs on a monthly, seasonal, and yearly basis: Conversion rates, category performance, GM% per product, UPT, ATV, tickets
- Enhance the product receiving process and recommend improvements.
- Deliver monthly reports to audit Gross Margin percentages per item, assess employee and staff discounts per store, and provide observations.
2.Purchase Orders and Data:
- Create and integrate data for all new arrivals and within all premium retail brands: POs, trade agreements, item creation, product interface, dimensions, categories, and sub-categories.
- Assist Brand Managers in needed reports for buying, promotional, and CRM activities.
- Assist Brand Managers with the re-pricing analysis regarding aging and sell-thru performance.
- Create discounts and promotional campaigns on the system.
- Support Brand Managers and stores in all AX-related functions, including but not limited to reports generation, pricing and discounts issues, and transfers.
- Provide support in retail projects, including the opening, closing, and relocation of stores, when needed.
3.E-commerce:
- Help in order invoicing daily.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback and complaints to solve any potential issues.
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or any related field.
- 2+ years of experience in the Retail industry.
- Fluent in Arabic and English. French is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to build strong team relationships.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A multitasker with effective time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
