Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver high-quality service.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and handling guest concerns promptly.
  • Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the restaurant.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and coordinate with relevant departments as needed.
  • Implement company policies and operational procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage scheduling, attendance, and staff performance.
  • Support in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, hospitality, customer service, or team leadership.
  • Prior experience in the Gulf region is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Employment Terms & Conditions:

  • Work Hours: 10 hours daily
  • Days Off: 4 days per month
  • Overtime: Occasionally required (with compensation)
  • Accommodation: KWD 30 allowance + assistance in finding suitable housing
  • Annual Leave: 1 month paid vacation per year

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: KWD 200 – 300 (based on experience)
  • Accommodation Allowance: KWD 30
  • Paid Annual Leave: 1 month per year
  • Overtime Compensation as applicable
