Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, health & safety standards.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
