The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the training restaurant, ensuring smooth service, customer satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards. This role involves managing staff schedules, coordinating with purchasing and cost control, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Main Duties & responsibilities:

• Manage service operations
• Handle restaurant bookings
• Handle payments
• Process food and beverage orders
• Serve customers
• Clean tables
• Manage restaurant decoration
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness
• Prepare hot and cold beverages
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address complaints
• Organize shifts and scheduling (student work)
• Monitor restaurant inventory, in close collaboration with purchaser and cost controller
• Identify and report maintenance needs
