1. Collects customer reservations and practices space management in order to optimize the seating capacity of the restaurant.

2. Greets warmly and graciously all guests upon arrival.

3. Ensures that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed in every shift.

4. Checks all sections during service to ensure good performance and ensures all SOPs and sequence of service are followed.

5. Enforces hygiene standards, safety and sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.

6. Ensures employees are abiding by the sequence of service.

7. Ensures that all accessories and wares are always in good conditions.

8. Ensures that employees grooming and personal hygiene are as per standard.

9. Coordinates with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager for upselling and cross selling items.

10. Supports the Restaurant Manager and the Assistant Restaurant Manager in daily operations.

11. Supports staff during rush hours and coordinates with the kitchen in case of any problem.
