Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency in service delivery and kitchen operations to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a high-performance culture through mentorship, ongoing training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the restaurant's visibility and attract new clientele while retaining existing customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field, providing a strong foundation in restaurant operations.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in restaurant management, demonstrating a track record of success in high-volume settings.
Certifications in food safety and sanitation are essential to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Experience in leading diverse teams, showcasing the ability to inspire and manage staff from various cultural backgrounds.
