Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all front-of-house operations, ensuring a smooth and polished guest experience from open to close.
  • Manage a large team across multiple dayparts, including busy weekend brunch and evening service.
  • Maintain strong cost control, including labour scheduling, stock management, and P&L reporting.
  • Drive training and performance standards across the team, reinforcing company values and service expectations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand presentation standards.
  • Build a proactive guest service culture, handling feedback, complaints, and VIP requests professionally.
  • Collaborate with head office and marketing teams on events, activations, and promotions.

Desired Candidate Profile

4 6 years experience managing premium caf , lifestyle, or casual dining operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams in a high-volume, high-visibility setting.
  • Full fluency in English is essential; Arabic a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Confident with financial reporting, labour controls, and service recovery.
  • Approachable leadership style with a passion for guest experience and hospitality culture.
