Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a modern French Bakery restaurant chain in Kinshasa, Africa.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a French artisanal bakery and café.
· Strong background in Front-of-House operations, including customer service and team supervision.
· Experience with inventory management, stock reconciliation, and supplier coordination.
· Proven ability to lead, train, and manage diverse local teams.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
· Fluent in French (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile
