Roles & Responsibilities

2. Key Responsibilities A. Store Operations Management • Oversee the opening and closing of the store. • Ensure smooth daily operations, including order taking, food preparation, and delivery coordination. • Assign daily tasks to staff and monitor performance. • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all areas (kitchen, service area, storage, and washrooms). • Ensure food preparation follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards. • Handle supply chain needs, including inventory ordering and stock level monitoring. • Address customer complaints or escalations professionally and promptly. • Supervise compliance with health inspections, fire safety checks, and other regulatory standards. B. Staff Supervision & Team Management • Supervise and train kitchen, counter, and cleaning staff on daily procedures and safety standards. • Maintain shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels. • Conduct performance reviews in coordination with management. • Promote a positive, respectful, and productive work environment. • Enforce discipline and report violations or misconduct to the owner/HR. C. Cash Handling & Sales Oversight • Ensure accurate billing and reconciliation of cash and POS transactions. • Handle daily cash deposits or report to authorized finance team. • Review daily sales, discounts, refunds, and petty cash usage. • Monitor cashiers and POS handling for accuracy and compliance. • Prevent theft, misuse of discounts, or sales manipulation. D. Accounting & Documentation • Record daily sales, expenses, and other accounting entries in coordination with the accountant or owner. • Maintain accurate records of: o Purchase invoices o Utility bills o Vendor payments o Staff salary advances or deductions • Submit daily/weekly financial reports with supporting documents. • Reconcile physical stock against recorded inventory. • Assist in tax/VAT-related filings and documentation preparation. • Coordinate with external auditors or accountants during inspections or reviews. E. Customer Satisfaction • Interact regularly with customers to understand feedback and improve service. • Implement store-level strategies for upselling, promotions, and customer loyalty. • Monitor online platforms (if applicable) for reviews, ratings, and customer queries. 3. Reporting & Communication The Store Supervisor will: • Report directly to the Store Owner or Area Manager. • Liaise with external vendors, delivery partners, and maintenance services. • Submit daily sales and expense reports, custo
