Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations across both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH)
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality
- Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
- Effectively manage and schedule staff shifts, ensuring proper coverage and productivity
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing ongoing feedback and coaching for continuous improvement
- Forecast inventory needs and oversee procurement of food, beverages, kitchenware, and cleaning supplies
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times
- Uphold and enhance the restaurants brand image and reputation
- Develop and implement promotional strategies and local outreach initiatives to attract and retain clientele
- Identify marketing opportunities, including digital campaigns, social media engagement, and in-house events
- Train and onboard new hires, and maintain continuous development for existing staff in service excellence and restaurant procedures
- Implement and maintain operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for long-term success
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, with the ability to recommend pairings and explain menu details
- Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Sound financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
