Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to maintain optimal stock and quality.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Analyze financial reports, control costs, and work towards achieving revenue targets.
Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and special events.
Recruit, onboard, and schedule staff in alignment with business needs.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality leadership role.
Up to 7 years of progressive experience in the food and beverage industry.
Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and budgeting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the hospitality industry.
Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to thrive in an on-site, hands-on workplace arrangement.
Desired Candidate Profile
