Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience, including managing staff schedules and resolving customer complaints effectively.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and enhance brand recognition within the community.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, conducting regular inspections and training staff on best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients at competitive prices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred, showcasing a strong foundation in restaurant operations.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a fast-paced dining environment, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and increasing revenue, with a keen eye for detail.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene practices, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
