Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and workflow coordination.
  • Lead, motivate, and train team members to meet performance and customer service standards.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control costs to meet revenue targets.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility.
  • Liaise with head office on reporting, staffing, and operational improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food & beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Passionate about customer service and delivering memorable dining experiences.
