Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall restaurant operations including staffing, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage financial aspects like P&L reports, budgets, and EBITA.
- Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
- Conduct performance reviews and staff training.
- Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory efficiently.
Requirements:
- Education: Should be a Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the same position with a leading international QSR brand
- Examples of brands: McDonald s, Domino s, KFC, Pizza Hut, Krispy Kreme, Dunkin , etc.
- Skills: Strong knowledge in causal and restaurant operations, P&L reporting, and EBITA management.
