Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and optimize the entire supply chain (purchasing, procurement, production, storage, distribution) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- develop the supply chain strategy and ensure its implementation.
- Managing supplies: forecasting, planning, restocking.
- Optimize internal and external flows.
- Coordinate between the purchasing, production, quality and logistics departments.
- Define the KPIs: service rate, stock turnover, lead times, logistics costs.
- Monitor and analyze performance; implement improvement plans.
- Negotiate with suppliers and oversee logistics contracts.
- Managing supply chain projects (ERP, digitalization, Lean).
- Anticipate and manage logistical risks.
- Bachelor's degree +4 / Bachelor's degree +5 in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management.
- 3-5 years experience in supply chain, ideally in industry.
- Excellent mastery of planning and optimization tools.
- Mastery of ERP, advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership, communication, coordination.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/Bac +5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Management. 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in industry. Excellent command of planning and optimization tools. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
