Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


Guest Experience Enhancement: Develop and implement unique, personalized services and activities tailored to the interests and preferences of guests, including golf, spa, dining, and local attractions.

Program Development: Design and oversee a calendar of events and activities that appeal to a wide range of guests, including families, couples, and individual travelers. This may include golf tournaments, spa retreats, fitness classes, culinary experiences, and cultural excursions.

Partnership Management: Cultivate relationships with local vendors, artists, and service providers to offer exclusive experiences and discounts to guests.

Feedback Management: Regularly gather guest feedback to continuously improve the quality and variety of services and activities offered.

Team Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, hospitality, and operations teams to promote lifestyle services and ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Budget Management: Manage the budget for lifestyle services and activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel, golf resort & spa, or related field.
Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality industry, including golf and spa services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to design and implement new services and activities.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the resort and its guests.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Skills:
Knowledge of local culture and attractions.
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software and reservation systems.
The Resort Lifestyle Manager role is dynamic and requires a passionate individual who is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for guests. This position is key to distinguishing the resort in a competitive market by offering a unique and personalized stay that goes beyond traditional hospitality services.
