Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Resident Engineer will be a Field Service Representative from Wabtec at Metro Cairo depot, who will be broadly responsible for providing technical support to customer at depot, customer management at depot and coordination with Wabtec manufacturing sites for failure analysis / repair / replacement / logistic activities for defective parts.

- Degree in Engineering or a related field,
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, quality, field service, warranty, ...,
- Experience in rail industry will be appreciated,
- Understanding of quality systems & product quality warranty processes,
- English fluent,
