Position : Residency Supervisor

Location : Al-Qadsiah Club Qadsiah House, Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Reports to : Administration Manager

Overview:

Al-Qadsiah Club is seeking a responsible and dedicated Residency Supervisor (Chaperone) to oversee the well-being, safety, and discipline of youth players residing at Qadsiah House. This role requires a flexible candidate who will be present mainly during night shifts, including weekdays and weekends. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure and structured environment, ensuring compliance with residency rules, and acting as a mentor and guide for young players.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Residency Supervision & Player Welfare:

• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and disciplined living environment for all youth players.
  
• Supervise daily activities within the residency, ensuring adherence to rules and schedules.
  
• Address any behavioral issues or conflicts among residents and report them to academy management.
  

2. Night Shift Oversight & Security:

• Be present overnight to monitor residency activities and respond to any emergencies.
  
• Conduct regular nightly checks to ensure player safety and adherence to residency rules.
  
• Work closely with security personnel and residency supervisors to prevent unauthorized access or security breaches.
  

3. Emergency Response & Cases Management:

• Handle medical emergencies, conflicts, or urgent player concerns efficiently.
  
• Coordinate with medical staff, security, and club management when necessary.
  
• Ensure that all emergency protocols are followed and documented.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma required.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role in supervision,
  
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
  
• Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
  
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
  
• Understanding of youth development, discipline, and welfare.
