Roles & Responsibilities
The Residences Concierge is a vital part of the luxury living experience, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service to residents and guests. As the first point of contact for many, this role requires a personable and professional demeanor to address inquiries, manage reservations, and facilitate various resident requests. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, problem-solving, and possess a keen ability to anticipate the needs of residents and ensure their satisfaction. The Residences Concierge will work closely with other staff members to maintain a seamless and luxurious environment, ensuring that the community and its amenities function smoothly and efficiently. This dynamic role offers opportunities for engagement and a chance to make a meaningful impact by enhancing residents' day-to-day lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents and their guests.
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and inquiries.
- Manage and coordinate reservations for amenities and services within the property.
- Assist residents with travel arrangements, including transportation bookings.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local events and community offerings.
- Handle packages and deliveries, ensuring timely notification to residents.
- Prepare and maintain a detailed log of daily activities and incidents.
- Collaborate with building management to address maintenance and service issues.
- Organize and facilitate social events or gatherings for residents.
- Uphold privacy and confidentiality of residents and sensitive information.
- Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure property readiness.
- Resolve conflicts and handle complaints with an empathetic and solution-oriented approach.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- A friendly, professional, and personable demeanor at all times.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with computer systems and reservation management software.
