Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Ensure all client and agent requests and reservations are handled and reconfirmed in a timely and accurate manner.
· Maintain and update reservations in the system, ensuring payment completion before arrival.
· Advise on availability, rates, and prepare offers, including quotations and product descriptions, as required.
· Attend and respond to calls and inquiries from clients, agents, and suppliers professionally and promptly.
· Secure bookings for requested services or provide suitable alternatives if the initial request cannot be fulfilled.
· Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues, address irregularities, and assist with amendments when necessary.
· Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations for excursions, visas, ground handling, sales, and accounts.
· Maintain a respectful, ethical, and positive attitude in all communications and decisions, making choices that benefit the company.
· Liaise with Contracting Department in ensuring reservations are within the agreed contracts with the hoteliers.
· Liaise with the Operations Department for other bookings like excursions, transfers, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a DMC or travel agency handling reservations and operations. Proficiency in Juniper software is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of luxury hotels and resorts within the UAE is essential. The candidate should possess excellent communication and coordination skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
