Job Description
JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is hiring a Reservations and Sales Executive to support sales and marketing operations by handling guest reservations, maximizing revenue opportunities, and delivering a high standard of service aligned with Marriott brand values. This full-time, non-management role plays a key part in guest engagement, loyalty, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest reservation inquiries, bookings, changes, and cancellations via phone, email, and other channels
- Respond to guest calls, requests, and concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution
- Apply effective sales techniques including upselling to maximize room revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
- Promote Marriott brand standards and service values in all guest interactions
- Process Marriott Rewards points, redemptions, and complimentary offers in line with company guidelines
- Accurately enter and update guest and loyalty information in reservation systems
- Support Sales and Marketing operations with administrative tasks such as reporting, emails, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and communications
- Assist management with on-the-job training and motivation of team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data confidentiality, and brand standards at all times

- Strong communication and telephone etiquette skills
- Customer-focused mindset with basic sales and upselling ability
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment
- Basic computer skills for reservations systems and office applications

- High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in reservations, sales support, or customer service within hospitality
