Job Title:
Reservations Agent
Qualifications:
Diploma / Graduate
Hotel Management Degree / Certification (preferred not mandatory)
Responsibilities:
Handle guest reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms
Maintain accurate records of bookings and availability in the hotel s reservation system
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and special requirements promptly and professionally
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales teams for smooth guest experiences
Promote hotel services, packages, and special offers to guests
Prepare reservation reports and maintain records for management review
Assist in resolving booking issues, cancellations, and modifications efficiently
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or relevant field
Prior experience in reservations or front office operations, preferably in luxury hotels
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS)
Ability to work in shifts and handle peak periods
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations
