Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to guest calls, emails, and reservation-related inquiries promptly and professionally
- Process room reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately using approved systems
- Apply upselling techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
- Handle Marriott Bonvoy requests, including point redemptions and profile updates
- Coordinate with Sales, Data Administration, and Accounting teams to resolve guest concerns
- Offer approved complimentary benefits to recognize and retain valued guests
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation records
- Promote brand image and service excellence internally and externally
- Perform general administrative tasks to support Sales and Marketing activities
- Assist management with service quality initiatives, training support, and team motivation
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and asset protection

Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or sales support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and standard office software
