Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle all reservation calls, emails, faxes, and online requests.
Identify guest requirements and suggest suitable room types.
Check room and rate availability and explain guarantee and cancellation policies.
Document and accommodate special requests.
Provide accurate information about hotel services and facilities.
Follow revenue-maximizing sales techniques.
Enter correct data, codes, and rate details in the reservation system.
Address guest concerns using the proper escalation process.
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with company policies.
Support guests with disabilities and ensure a welcoming service approach.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets.
