Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Handle reservation requests via phone, email, and other channels.
- Verify guest needs and recommend suitable room types.
- Check availability, room rates, and booking conditions.
- Explain guarantees, special rates, and cancellation policies.
- Process special requests and record them accurately.
- Respond to questions about hotel facilities, services, and room features.
- Apply upselling and sales techniques to maximize revenue.
- Enter accurate data and codes into the reservation system.
- Assist guests with concerns following appropriate procedures.
- Follow all company standards, maintain confidentiality, and support smooth communication with other teams.
