Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle reservation requests via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Verify guest needs and recommend suitable room types.
  • Check availability, room rates, and booking conditions.
  • Explain guarantees, special rates, and cancellation policies.
  • Process special requests and record them accurately.
  • Respond to questions about hotel facilities, services, and room features.
  • Apply upselling and sales techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Enter accurate data and codes into the reservation system.
  • Assist guests with concerns following appropriate procedures.
  • Follow all company standards, maintain confidentiality, and support smooth communication with other teams.
