Roles & Responsibilities
Your Day to Day
As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests creating lasting impressions through your warm communication and attention to detail. You will:
- Handle all reservations inquiries through phone, email, and online channels with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maximize revenue opportunities by upselling rooms, packages, and hotel services.
- Ensure all bookings are processed accurately in the system and aligned with the hotel s standards.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, rates, and special promotions.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction at every stage of their journey.
What We Need From You
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
- Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, or a customer service-related role in a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic or other languages are an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar hotel systems preferred.
- A passion for hospitality and a drive to deliver personalized, memorable service.
