The position of a Reservations Agent Arabic Speaker provides an exciting opportunity for individuals who are proficient in both Arabic and English and hold a passion for customer service and hospitality. In this role, you will be responsible for managing guest inquiries and reservations to ensure a seamless booking experience. As the primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients, you will represent the organization with professionalism and warmth, ensuring all interactions are positive and effective. You will need to exhibit excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using booking systems. Ideally, you are someone who can handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests receive prompt service and support. Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming reservation requests and inquiries from Arabic-speaking clients.
- Assist guests with their booking details, changes, cancellations, and confirmations.
- Provide accurate information on rates, inventory availability, and room features.
- Liaise with the sales team to promote special offers and packages to guests.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
- Ensure all guest requests are documented and coordinated with the relevant departments.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any guest complaints or queries.
- Update and maintain reservation records accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with the team for seamless communication and guest service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to stay current on service and sales techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in reservations or a similar customer service role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage records accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
