Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handling of Queries by email/ phone calls

Reservation of Hotels, fleets, tours, guides

Tour package / Leisure products making

Customer Handling & Sales closing

Invoicing and payment follow ups

Collecting feedback up on departure

Keeping database of customer profiles

Reporting events to reporting manager

Ensuring Management policies in routine functioning

Addressing to Routine / Operational Grievances and complaints

Responsible for ensuring smooth handling of guests

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum Degree passed (Studies in hospitality would be added advantage)
  • To be well versed with MS office tools (especially, MS Word, Excel & Power Point), Creating ability of presentations / flyers through Canva or similar App would be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Travel Industry.
  • Hands on experience in MICE
